May he rest in peace. George was a great guy and a tremendous comedian - he made philosophy entertaining. He will be missed by many.
That's a shocking news. He was one of the best comedians I knew and I loved his work. He will be missed.
Really sad. This guy was one of the funniest and smartest comedians out there. I've watched all his shows back to the first big one i 74 or something and loved each and every one of them.
George, you challenged societal conventions with your wisdom, your charm and your wit. To you I say thanks for all the gut splitting laughs you've given me for most of my life. Rest in peace you loveable sonuvabitch.
Oh man, if heaven or hell exists then i'd love to hear the convo between Carlin and God, or the Devil.
